Sefhora Media ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, website link and message when you use our audit request form.
• Automatic information: basic analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through tools like Google Analytics.
• Messages you send us: what you write when you contact us by email or WhatsApp, or use our call-booking page. These open in your email or WhatsApp app, so they also pass through those services, which have their own privacy policies.
• Applications and partner enquiries: if you ask to work or partner with us, your name, contact details, links to your work, your CV or notes about your work, and your expected pay if you choose to share it.
• Referrals: if you introduce a business to us, your own name and contact details, and the name and phone number of the person you introduce.
• Cookies: small files used to remember basic preferences and measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

How we use it

• To respond to your audit request or enquiry.
• To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
• To send you information you have specifically asked for.
• To assess a job or partner application you send us, and to talk to you about it.
• To contact a person you were introduced by someone, once, about that introduction.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us run this site or our campaigns, such as hosting, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google or Meta), only as needed to provide our services, and with anyone else only if required by law.

Referrals and introductions

If you give us another person's name and number, please do it only if they have agreed to hear from us. We use their details only to contact them once about your introduction, and to apply the welcome discount if they go ahead. We keep those details for 90 days from the day of the introduction and then delete them. If the person becomes a client, we keep their details as we do for any client. They can ask us at any time not to contact them, or to delete their details, by writing to hello@sefhoramedia.com.

Job and partner applications

We use what you send us only to assess your application and to talk to you about it. We keep it for up to 12 months after our last contact with you and then delete it, unless we start working together. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time. We never ask candidates for money. If someone asks you for money in our name, it is not us.

Free tools and Quick answers

The amounts, text, files and code you use in our free tools stay in your browser and are not sent to us. The Code Editor keeps your code in your own browser storage so that a refresh does not lose it. You can clear it with the Clear button or by clearing your browser data. If analytics is switched on, we record only which tool was used and what was done (for example copy or download), and which ready-made question was tapped in the Quick answers chat, never what you typed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@sefhoramedia.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
