Build good websites with us.
We are a small team that cares about clear work and honest results. If that sounds like you, read how we hire and say hello.
Where things stand.
Right now: We do not have fixed job openings right now. We hire slowly, when the work needs another person, and we keep a short list of people we would like to talk to first.
Five kinds of people.
Web developer
Build fast, responsive websites in Next.js or WordPress and keep them healthy after launch.
Real projects you built, clean code and how you handle speed and mobile screens.
SEO and ads executive
Plan keywords, fix site issues, run Google and Meta ads and write plain-language reports.
How you explain numbers simply, and one example of work you improved.
Designer
Design website screens, landing pages and brand kits that are clear before they are clever.
Portfolio with the problem, your thinking and the result, not only screenshots.
Content writer
Write website copy, blog posts and ad text that a business owner can understand.
Two or three samples in simple English or Hindi.
Intern
Learn on live projects next to the team, with real tasks and real feedback.
Curiosity, a small project you made and willingness to learn fast.
Four steps, honest answers.
Say hello
Send a short intro and a link to your work. Email or WhatsApp is fine. There is no form.
We read it properly
A person reads every message. We may ask one or two questions.
A small real task
If it looks like a fit, we give a small task related to the role. Paid when it takes more than an hour or two.
A talk, then a decision
A relaxed call, an honest answer, and terms in writing before you start.
What to send us.
- Your name, the role you are interested in and a link to your work (portfolio, GitHub, Behance or published writing).
- Two lines on what you are proud of making, and why.
- Your location, availability and whether you prefer on-site or remote.
- Your expected pay (optional, and never required up front).
We never ask candidates for money: not for registration, training, a kit or a "security deposit". If anyone asks for money in our name, it is not us.
